11 - Settings Buttons

Audit Button (via the Sell Button)

The Audit Button allows the user to view changes made to a record. This includes the Date the change was made, by whom the change was made and what the changes are. The tree-like view allows the user to expand and collapse each record per transaction.

Auto Create Line Work Orders Button

The Auto Create Line Work Orders button allows the user to set up the default parameters for a Line Work Order per aircraft. Users may set up one or multiple Line Work Orders for an aircraft. Once the parameters have been set up, Line Work Orders will be created three days before the end of the every month via Trax Database Jobs.

Auto R/O By Location Button

The Auto R/O By Location button allows the user to access the Auto R/O window. From this window, the user may associate multiple quarantine locations to a P/N as well as a global vendor.

Conditional Interchangeable E/Cs Button

The Conditional Interchangeable E/Cs button allows the user to view all E/Cs that need compliance in order to fulfill the One Way Forward relationship with the Main P/N.

EDMS Authorized Configuration Export Button, via P/N Software Configuration

The EDMS Authorized Configuration Export button allows users to export authorized Software P/N Configurations to an XML document for the selected Aircraft.

Effectivity Button

Select the A/C Effectivity button to apply A/C Effectivity to the selected part from the P/N Master. Effectivity can be applied to entire fleets and/or individual aircraft all from the same window. The Override button is no longer required to apply individual aircraft effectivity in XI.

Exchange Order Notes Button (via P/N Master, Technical Engineering Tab)

Select the Exchange Order Notes button to enter notes that will appear on the Exchange Order Detail, P/N Notes tab once the part has been placed on an Exchange Order.

History Button

Select the History button to view the historical data on the selected part. This window includes the entire history of the part, including all orders that the part has ever been associated to.

Intelli Form Button

The Chapter/Section field has been added to the Intelli Form window. Select the Chapter/ Section checkbox to make the image(s) effective to a specific aircraft. When the user queries for an aircraft, chapter and section in the Query Area via the Dent Mapping window, only the images set up with the same chapter/ section will appear in the Image Area.

Intelli Form Effectivity Button

The Intelli Form Effectivity window allows the user to apply aircraft and type/series effectivity to intelli forms. The effectivity feature allows for only effective intelli forms to appear in the Image Area of the Dent Mapping window when the suer filters by aircraft.

Interchangeable Button, via the P/N Master

When selecting a part number, the user may select the Interchangeable button to view and select any interchangeable parts associated to the Main P/N.

P/N Interchangeable Button, via Standard Buttons

When selecting a part number, the user may select the Interchangeable button to view and select any interchangeable parts associated to the Main P/N.

P/O Notes button (via P/N Master, Inventory tab)

These notes will appear in the P/N Print whenever this part is purchased through a Purchase Order.

R/O Capability Import Button

The Auto R/O Location field and Global checkbox have been added to the R/O Capability Import option.

R/O Capability, General Tab, via RO Capability Button

The Approval Number (which is the approval reference number) and the Amendment Number (which is the amendment's reference number) were added to RO Capability Button.

Sell Button, via P/N Master

Currency field: which is the currency of the price set for the part

Exchange Rate field: the exchange rate of the currency

Local Unit Sell field: The price of the part in the local currency (with the exchange rate applied).

Shop Breakdown Button

The Shop Breakdown button allows the user to specify part number effectivity for a core part number. This information is useful for Shops to know what breakdown parts such as expendable, repairable and rotable parts can be used on the core part.

Skill Currency Select Button

The Skill Currency Select button allows users to select and populate different currency costs for specific Skills. When this labor Skill is charged against a contract, the selected Currency Rates will be applied to the second currency selected via switch CURRENC2.

Vendor P/N Information, General Tab (via the Cost Button)

Standard Time field: The estimated amount of hours it takes to start and complete work related to the part. This amount of time is used for customized reports that help evaluate Shop performance, including comparisons of estimated Standard Times verses actual times. This field is informational only

Component Group field: This field groups parts for the approved internal capability. This field is used in customized reporting that is provided to authorities and is informational only.

Vendor P/N Repair Capability, General Tab, via the P/N Master (via the Sell button)
