Audit Button, via the Standard Buttons

The Audit button is a standard button found throughout the system. The following is just one example of the Audit button as displayed in TRAX Version 11 and all later releases of TRAX.

From the P/N Master, select the Audit button.

TRAX displays the PN Master Audit window which allows the user to view changes made to a record. This includes the Date the change was made, by whom the change was made and what the changes are. The tree-like view allows the user to expand and collapse each record per transaction.

Note: The layout of the PN Master Audit window has changed in TRAX Version 11 and all later releases of TRAX.

From this window, the user may print and email the audit. Select the View All button.

This window allows the user to save, print and email the results of the audit.
