Print Button, via Standard Buttons

The Print button is a standard button found throughout the system. The following is just one example of the Print button as displayed in TRAX.

Select the Print button to activate the print function (this may be a report or print of the current screen). The system will display a separate window that previews the data and information of the pending print, selecting the button once more will generate the actual print.

Note: The time stamp in the separate window will continue to update until the actual print is generated. Once generated, the actual print will display a time stamp signifying when the Print button was selected for a second time.

In the following example, the user will print a request from the Tech Pub Request window.

Go to Library/Update/Tech Pub Request.

The print is shown in the Tech Pub Request Print window.

Select the Print button once more to generate the actual print.

The Tech Pub Request window also contains the following buttons:

• First Multi button
• Email button
