Enables Booked To Functionality in the Rental Order Finalization

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, the 'Book To' functionality is enabled and mandatory for the Rental Order Finalization, along with the corresponding W/O field being mandatory.

For the following Rental Order Finalization, notice the Book To radio button must be selected along with its corresponding W/O.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, the 'Book To' functionality is disabled for the Rental Order Finalization and cannot be selected, along with its corresponding fields being protected and unable to be edited.

For the following Rental Order Finalization, notice the Book To functionality is visible; however, the user cannot select the Book To radio button nor populate its corresponding fields.
