Labor Reservation Button, via (A/C Planning) Interactive Planner, Selected Work Order Area

The Labor Reservation but_labor_reservation_small button is used to reserve labor for a Work Order and all attached Task Cards. The user can use the Labor Reservation but_labor_reservation_small button to run a simulation for available, pending and reserved labor. The planner no longer has to first add labor to a Work Order to find out if the labor is available. The simulation will tell the planner if there is available labor for a Work Order.
