Number of Recent Prints

Select the 'Number of Recent Prints' option.

TRAX displays the Number of recent prints to save pop up:

The following information/options are available in this window:

User

The current user logged into the system.

Num of Recents

Enter the number of most recently selected prints to appear in the list of all reports within the TRAX Print menus.

Click on the Save button when finished.

The following example illustrates the Work Order Print option:

Notice that the drop list shows all of the reports that are available including the two most recently printed reports at the top of the list. This is because the number 2 was entered in the Number Of Recents field.
