The SDR (Service Difficulty Report) Creation 
button allows users to enter SDR information regarding W/O Task Cards and/or W/O Non-Routine Task Cards for delivery to the Aviation Authority (FAA/TC). Information gathered from the SDR is used to create service bulletins and ADs (Airworthiness Directives).
This button is security controlled via Production/ Update/ W/O /W/O NRTC/TC IR Creation. For more information refer to the Security Explorer via the System Administration Training Manual.
Information relevant to the history of the record can be viewed in the SDR Creation, Audit Tab.
