Is your Cycle Count Due, Do you require a Global Count, do you need to perform a Physical Count, or a Physical Audit Count?

Keeping track of your inventory is vital in the airline industry where parts are constantly in demand. TRAX's Physical Inventory Process helps keep inventoried parts safe and secure through the use of our Physical Count system.

If a count must be performed for parts with a Cycle Count code, then the next question is: Do you require a count for all locations?

If yes, then Inventory switch INVCOUNTALL must be set to Yes. Proceed to the next step, Inventory switch INVCOUNTALL.

If no and you need to perform a Global Count, a Physical Count, or a Physical Audit Count, then the next question is: Do you require a full count of your inventory?

If Yes, then you must perform a Physical Count Generation/Full Inventory Location. Proceed to the next step, Physical Count Generation.

If No, then do you need to add to your existing inventory count? If so, proceed to Adding to an existing count.

This decision pertains to the Physical Inventory Process.
