Is the E/C for A/C or P/N?

A/C: If the E/C being created if for an A/C, then A/C Effectivity has to be added along with A/C Effectivity for P/Ns upon compliance of the E/C through the A/C CTL button and the E/C, P/N Effectivity Control tab.

P/N: If the E/C being created is for a P/N, then P/N Effectivity has to be added though the P/N CTL button.
