Exchange Button, via Inventory Transaction

Conducting an Exchange Order Issue via the P/N Explorer will automatically populate the most recently Closed (received) E/X Order Number and/or oldest open E/X Order not yet received to complete the transaction as a whole, but can manually be overridden and populated as needed.

Accessing the Exchange Order Issue from the P/N Explorer or the Return To Stock button, via P/N Explorer automatically populates the S/N To Be Sent with the selected P/N's S/N of the P/N Explorer.

P/N-S/N Position Change Button, via Inventory Transaction

If any E/Cs that the part is linked to has Position controls, this position change in Inventory will be validated in the Engineering Effectivity Override window. For example, if a Serial Number for a Position-controlled E/C is not installed on the adequate position, the S/N's Status in the Engineering Effectivity Override window will be 'N/A' (instead of 'Open').

Picklist Issue Button, via Inventory Transaction

Transfer Picklist button is available from the Picklist Issue window.

Purchase Button, via World Part Locator

Select this button to create a Purchase Order for this part. When selected, a window pops up with most of the information auto-populated from the WPL entry, including the Vendor, P/N, Unit Cost, Currency, Terms, Condition, Delivery Date, etc. This pop-up window includes the same basic functionality as found in the Purchase Order window, including the header and detail information.

Return To Stock Button

Advanced Exchange Order Out: If a user attempts to RTS transaction for a P/N that exists on an open Exchange Order, the system will display a message informing the user that the P/N they are attempting to RTS exists on an open Exchange Order.

NLA Position Swap Button, via Inventory Transaction

The NLA Position Swap button allows users to easily swap the positions of two NLAs that are currently in Inventory.
