A/C Readiness Records Spec2000, via Manufacturer Data Import

The A/C Readiness Spec 2000 option is used to import Aircraft Readiness Records from an XML file into TRAX for a specific aircraft tail number. A manufacturer will provide an Aircraft Readiness Records XML file (which conforms to Spec 2000, Chapter 15 Standards) with a new aircraft.

The program will import the following information (TRAX Fields) from the XML file for a specific aircraft.

• A/C Number
• Aircraft Serial Number (S/N)
• Basic Aircraft Number
• Total Aircraft Hours
• Total Aircraft Cycles

The program will also import all the serialized rotable parts installed on the specific aircraft with the following information (TRAX Fields) for each part:

• Part Number
• Serial Number
• P/N Description
• Installed Date
• Vendor Code
• ATA Chapter, Section, Paragraph
• A/C P/N Position
• Zone
