An IR is used to document that an incident has occurred during a specific stage of the flight. Incident Reports are for incidents that have already happened while SDRs (Service Difficult Reports) are more of a preventative measure taken.
Select the IR Creation 
button. TRAX displays the IR Creation window.
Additional information relevant to the record can be entered in the IR Creation, Follow-Up Tab.
Once the information is populated, the Incident Report is to be saved and the user can select the Generate IR button.
