From the Fault code Tab, select the New button within the Fault Code Tab.

The following information/options are available in this window:

Fault Code

The Fault Code. This is set up via the Fault Code Type, via System Tran Code Explorer/Technical Records/Fault Code Type.

Note: Users must have security to this Tran Code.

Type

The Fault Type.

Status

The current status of the Fault Code.

Reported Date

The date the Fault was reported.

Created By/Date

The user who created the Fault Code and the date and time it was created.

Fault Code button

Select the Fault Code button.

The following drop down selection will appear. The user may select a Fault Code from this selection, or create one by selecting the New button. Double click on a Tran Code from the drop down selection.

The Fault Code and all relevant information is populated in the below window:

The user may select the New button to add more Fault Codes.

The user may select the Delete button to delete a Fault Code(s).
