11 - Production Buttons

Credit Memo Button, via Customer Invoice Authorization Invoice

The Credit Memo button allows the user to track return invoices and credit memos for an invoice. The Invoicing department can later query these records via the Customer Invoice Authorization Query option. For additional information, go to Production/Query/Customer Invoice Authorization Query.

Customer Addbill Master Import Button

The Import button is used to quickly import Customer Addbill records which may not exist in your companies TRAX database. This option allows the customer to receive or create a digital file listing these records and related information for the import and quick creation of Customer Addbills.

Engineering Control Button, via the Work Order Header Buttons

Delete checkbox: Multiple Engineering Controls can be deleted from the Work Order by selecting this checkbox for each E/C that must be deleted. Once the selection(s) have been made, select the Delete button.

Item Audit Button

The Item Audit Button allows the user to view changes made to a record. This includes the Date the change was made, by whom the change was made and what the changes are. The tree-like view allows the user to expand and collapse each record per transaction.

Non-Routine Express Button, via Work Order Header Button

A hard warning will appear when selecting the Non-Routine Express button if the 'Allow N/R Creation' checkbox is deselected for the specified Work Order. For additional information, refer to the Work Order Header, Optional tab.

Non-Routine Task Card Button, via the Work Order Header Buttons

In TRAX Version 11, the W/O Non-Routine Task Card window divides the Task Card information into a header and a detail window. When the Non-Routine Task Card button is selected from the Work Order window, the W/O Non-Routine Task Card header window displays header information for every N/R Task Card associated to the W/O.

Override Order Button

The Override Order button allows the user to apply a credit to a Sub Work Order.

P/N Category Load Button, via the Flat Rate Task Card Customer Contract

Select the P/N Category Load button to add a Material Flat cap limit for a specific P/N Category. This button offers one option on how to do this; the other option is detailed in the Material Flat section of Flat Rate Task Card (Cap Limits).

Task Card Button

In TRAX version 11, the W/O Task Card window divides the Task Card information into a header and a detail window. When the Task Card button is selected from the Work Order window, the W/O Task Card header window displays header information for every Task Card associated to the W/O.

Import W/O Task Card Button

Additional Work field: The Additional Work field has been added to the W/O Task Card Import.

Task Card Category field: The Task Card Category field has been added to the Import W/O Task Card button.
