The W/O Task Card Bust Authorization window allows a lead technician or supervisor to review W/O Task Card bust requests. Only tasks that have been requested to be busted and are in 'Pending' status will appear in the W/O Task Card Bust Authorization window. From this window, the user can either 'Accept' or 'Reject' a bust request. Once the task has been Accepted or Rejected, it will be removed from this window.

W/O Tasks Bust Authorization Explorer

The W/O Tasks Bust Authorization Explorer allows a lead technician or supervisor to review, accept and/or reject W/O Task Card bust requests. Only tasks that have been requested to be busted will appear in the W/O Task Card Bust Authorization window. The authorization process can be as simple as a one step authorization, or as complex as the user would like, such as a five or ten step authorization process. Once the task has been Accepted, it will be removed from this window.

E/C Button

When adding an E/C to a Work Order where one or more of the Task Cards are not effective to the A/C, the system will display the following warning, informing the user that the specified Task Card is not effective to the A/C. Any Task Cards that are not effective to the A/C will not be added to the Work Order. This also applies to Task Cards on Child E/Cs where the Parent E/C is added to a Work Order.

If an E/C that is being attached to a Work Order is linked to a Task Card with a canceled status, the below warning will appear and neither the E/C or any of its associated Task Cards will be added to the Work Order.
