Allow Notes Override/ Modification By All Other Users
Affected window: w_note_pad_eu
Switch Set to Yes:
When set to Yes, anyone can modify a note that has been created in the system regardless of the creator of the note.
The following note is created by user VICTOR.
User DONNA has access to the Purchase Order and note created.
User DONNA is able to edit the note as shown below.
Switch set to No:
When set to No, only the creator of the note can modify it.
The following note is created by user VICTOR.
User DONNA has view only access to the note and cannot edit it.
Additional Functionality:
When set to No, and the user does not have security access to the Notes 
button, the user will not have access to the Delete 
button for a note created by another user.
This functionality is universal throughout the system where ever the Notes option is available.
The following note was created by user VICTOR.
User DONNA does not have security access to the Notes button.
User DONNA does not have access to the Delete button.
