Accept & Copy Button, via Non-Routine Express
Like the Accept button of the N/R Express window, the Accept & Copy button authorizes a Pending N/R T/C but it also copies the N/R T/C information and creates a new N/R T/C for the same Work Order. For example, the Accept & Copy button is selected for the below N/R T/C. When the following prompt appears, select OK to release the Accepted Task Card for authorization.

This button is security-controlled via Production/ Update/ W/O/ W/O Non Routine Express Accept & Copy Button. For more information refer to the Security Explorer via the System Administration Training Manual.
While the above N/R T/C is set to Open status or the next stage of its authorization, per the company's authorization protocols, a new N/R T/C is automatically created for the same W/O.

Once saved, the N/R T/C is then titled with the next sequential number. This new N/R T/C is set to Pending status and must itself go through the authorization process.

Notice that the original N/R T/C is in Creator Authorized status (it is not yet in Open status because of its W/O Category and it must therefore be authorized by a lead mechanic and/or a supervisor).

Note: For more information regarding the authorization process for N/R Express Task Cards, refer to the Non-Routine Express Authorization Process via the Production Training Manual.
