Specify SGML/XML Doctype

TraxDoc/ Update/ TraxDoc Master/ TraxDoc Document, Optional Tab

The SGML/XML Doctype field must be populated for TraxDoc's with OEM data. The Doctype is required to load SGML/XML content because it helps the TRAX system understand the type of data being created through the TraxDoc import.

These doctypes are hard-coded in the system and cannot be edited. The options are as follows:

AIPC	Aircraft Illustrated Parts Catalog
AMM	Aircraft Maintenance Manual.
TC	Autoconfigured Task Cards
EIPC	Engine Illustrated Parts Catalogue.
EM	Engine Maintenance Manual.
EMM	Engine Maintenance Manual.
FIM	Fault Isolation Manual.
FRMFIM	Fault Reporting Manual and Fault Isolation Manual.
MPD	Maintenance Planning Document.
MPT	Boeing Maintenance Toolbox Task Card Module. Note: This doctype is not fully supported by TRAX.
MTCM	Maintenance Task Card Manual.
NDT	Non-Destructive Testing Manual.
OMP	Operator Maintenance Program
SB	Service Bulletins
TC	Boeing Auto-Configured Task Card Manual
TSM	Trouble-Shooting Manual.

As will be further explained later in this process, the import window is configured depending on the SML Doctype selected in the Optional tab. For examples, refer to DocType Views.
