A/C Initial Template Load

In TRAX Version 15, four new columns were added to the A/C Initial Template Load import file - Display Hours/Display Cycles/Display Days/Authorization. Each column is available for each P/N Control 01-05. The Display Hours/Display Cycles/Display Days columns are used to indicate if the 'Show On Report' checkboxes should be selected on its related P/N Control, and the Authorization column is used to indicate each P/N Control's authorization status. Additionally, the Reset date can now include the time (Hours/Minutes) using the format: DD/MM/YY HH:MM, and if the Actual Hours/Actual Cycles/Actual Days columns is left blank, once imported the related field will also remain empty (prior to Version 15 a value of '0' was populated).

Select All / Deselect All buttons: These buttons either select all of the Void checkboxes or deselect all of the Void checkboxes, respectively.

P/N N/L/A Creation

Reset GRN checkbox: Select the Reset GRN checkbox to override the previous goods received number (Goods Received Batch) and have the system automatically create a new GRN for this part after the transaction is completed. This is useful if an assembly is sent for repair and is returned with a new lower component. If the Reset GRN checkbox is checked, a new GRN is created. This will have the system create a new history for the assembly and not associate the new lower component with the history of the prior assembly.

Queries can now be made by an associated eTech Logbook.

Engine Hours on Selection Date

The Engine Hours on Selection Date print will display information on a P/N's accrued hours as of the selected date.

P/N N/L/A Installation and Removal

When Switch FARMVINS is set to Yes, the system will swap Fixed Asset records for N/L/As removed and installed on the N/H/A.

NLA's Button, via Concession Registry Detail

The Concession Registry NLA's button allows users to cascade down the concession for the NHA to the assembly's applicable NLAs. Only NLAs with the same P/N Control and Schedule parameters will be applicable, and will not include NLAs that are flagged for proration.

VALPNONWING

When set to Yes, the system will require the User to enter the 'Transaction Date' for a P/N Time Adjustment. In addition, a P/N Time Adjustments should NOT be performed on a P/N that is installed on an aircraft at the time of the Transaction Date.

When set to No, the system will not require the User to enter the Transaction Date for a P/N Time Adjustment. In addition, a P/N Time Adjustments may be performed on a P/N that is installed on an aircraft at the time of the Transaction Date.
