Auto Exchange Order One-Way Forward
The Auto Exchange Order option (for one-way forward P/Ns) allows customers to set up an auto generated Exchange Order (EX) when parts from the P/N Pool agreement are returned to stock; the Pool Type must be Exchange, the Auto Exchange Order checkbox selected, and the Exclusive checkbox deselected. If a part being included in a P/N Pool has a one-way forward P/N, the one-way forward P/N is the only P/N that should be listed in the P/N Pool.

Picklist Issue Button, via Inventory Transaction
When parts (serialized, non-serialized, repairable or kits) are required for maintenance or provisioning, a Picklist is required to obtain the components from the store. The Picklist Issue button is used by the store personnel to register the part movement in Trax. Once the picklist-reserved part is issued to the Work Order, the Picklist is closed. Serialized parts will be in status 'Pending Technical Records' after issuing.
Note: This button is not new in TRAX Version 15, however the view of this window has been updated to include the picklist details via the Expand button.

Transfer Picklist Checkbox
The Transfer Picklist option is used to transfer a picklist from one location to another. This is used if a mechanic requested a part that is only obtainable from another inventory location. A Transfer Picklist will create the Transfer Order for all requested parts and once the parts are received at the mechanic’s location, the picklist is ready for issue. One example is where an A-Check is scheduled to be done off-site and stores wants to transfer all pre-draw parts to that location with picklists ready for issue.
Note: The functionality behind this checkbox is not new in TRAX Version 15, however in previous versions of TRAX, it was through the Transfer Picklist button.

When set to Yes, when a Part Number Serial Number is Accepted and saved in the Receiving Inspection window, a prompt appears asking if the user would like to connect this part to the existing history and compliance records for the same P/N S/N (if available). Users can also choose to not apply existing history records to the P/N S/N depending on their security clearance.
Note: Security must be given to specific users in order to receive the message prompt in Receiving Inspection. The security options also allow administration to make the message prompt Yes/No optional or only informational. The securities can be found in the Security Explorer via Receiving/Update/Receiving Inspection/ PN / SN History Connection Yes Button Only and PN / SN History Connection Yes and No Button.
When set to No, historical records cannot be connected to P/N S/Ns through Receiving Inspection.
In Trax Version 15 and all later releases, the functionality of this switch now affects all windows where a P/N N/L/A Creation transaction occurs.
This switch is not new in TRAX Version 15, however functionality was added to the switch in Version 15.

When set to Yes, when one or multiple line items are issued from a picklist, the system will only generate a print for the line items being issued, not for previously closed/canceled/transferred line items from that picklist.
When set to No, when one or multiple line items are issued from a picklist, the system will generate prints for the items being issued as well as previously closed/canceled/transferred line items from that picklist.
