The Survey button allows the user to set up survey questions against a Task Card. These questions can be configured as optional or mandatory. If mandatory, once the Task Card is attached to a Work Order, the Task Card can not be closed until the survey question is answered.

Several survey question types can be created:

• AlphaNumeric - The response can include both letters and numbers.
• Numeric - The response will include only numbers.
• AlphaNumeric Range - The response will consist of a range and both letters and numbers can be used.
• Numeric Range - The response will consist of a range and only numbers can be used. Based on the answer, supplemental functionality may be triggered affecting additional E/Cs.
• Yes/No - The response will be either Yes or No. Based on the answer, supplemental functionality may be triggered affecting additional E/Cs.
• Multiple Choice - The response will be a selection made from one of the available options provided. Based on the answer, supplemental functionality may be triggered affecting additional E/Cs.

The selected Response Type affects the functionality of the window (including the Answer and Notification button options).

Note: Although a Survey may exist for a given part number, full access to Document Control and Survey forms is not available from within the P/N Receiving, Receiving Inspection windows. While the buttons on these screens exist, they do not provide users full access to Survey Forms to the extent the Survey Forms are available from within the Work Order Task Control window.
