W/O Task Card Discrepancy Close
The W/O Task Card Discrepancy Close program is used to perform the third step of the following process:
The following information/options are available in this window:

W/O
The Work Order used to categorize, manage, and schedule work requirements for aircraft maintenance.
A/C
The individual aircraft tail number.
E/C
The Engineering Control that specifies aircraft or component scheduled maintenance intervals.
P/N, S/N
The Part Number reference for the aircraft part.
The Serial Number for the specific serialized part.
Task Card
The Task Card / Job Card that details the scheduled maintenance work.
Module
The module that the problem was recorded in.
Location
The Location for maintenance events, inventory stores, orders, transactions, or training events.
Description
The description of the task card as entered in task card master.
Assigned to
The user who reviewed the discrepancy.
Date assigned
The date when the discrepancy was assigned to the user.
Category
The discrepancy category.
Close Date
Auto-populated field, shows the closing date of the discrepancy.
Reason
The reason for the discrepancy as entered during task card closing.
Resolution Reason
The resolution entered by the Engineering department.

Change the status of the discrepancy either to 'Closed” (discrepancy is closed and resolution is accepted) or 'Rejected' (the discrepancy will be displayed again in Engineering/Update/Task Card Discrepancy for further processing).
Select the Save 
button to save the changes in the program. The W/O Task Card Discrepancy Close Supervisor allows the same functionality, but shows all discrepancies that were entered, not only those assigned to the person currently logged into TRAX.
