Scanning Software Information (Bar Coding)

If scanning software will be used to paste information into TRAX, please regard the following information. Any optical reading/scanning software will be compatible with TRAX. This is because TRAX contains the Paste functionality. If the cursor is placed in a particular field, the field can automatically be filled with any information that is obtained via the scanning device. The Barcode3of9 Regular font (BARCD39.ttf) must be installed in your Windows/Fonts directory in order for the user to have the ability to view barcodes (where available) in specific reports throughout the system. Please contact the appropriate TRAX System Administrator to confirm that this font is installed as required.
