Prevent Warranty Claim Authorization Below Set Percent

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, TRAX will prevent the user from entering a Warranty Claim Authorization below the set percent value from the WCRECEIVING Transaction Code.

Observe the minimum percentage value established in the WCRECEIVING Transaction Code, as shown below.

In the following Warranty Claim Receiving window, the percentage of the Amount Awarded is more than 50% less (the established minimum percentage value according to the WCRECEIVING Transaction Code) than the Line Item Amount.

Because this value is less than the minimum percentage required, TRAX will not allow for the authorization of this Warranty Claim. TRAX informs the user by displaying PENDING in the Warranty Status field as displayed above.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, TRAX allows for the authorization of Warranty Claims without establishing a minimum percentage of the Line Item Amount.
