KEEPCONDIT - N/L/As Keep Condition after R/O Receiving

N/L/As Keep Condition after R/O Receiving

Affected Window: w_pn_inventory_ri_eu

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, N/L/A Conditions that are changed at R/O Receiving are kept for each N/L/A in inventory instead of carrying over the N/H/A's Condition.

For example, a Repair Order is created for an assembly.

The main assembly part, the N/H/A, is then received via the R/O Receiving window.

Select the N/L/A button to view the P/N N/L/A Creation window. This window lists all of the assembly's N/L/As and their Conditions which have been changed from 'OVERHAUL' to 'NEW.'

From the Receiving Inspection window, the R/I is accepted. Notice the Condition of the N/H/A and the N/L/As are different.

Once the assembly has been received into inventory notice that the Condition of the N/H/A is 'OVERHAUL.'

Notice that the Condition of the N/L/As are 'NEW.' They are not the same as the N/H/A Condition.

When set to No, N/L/A Conditions that are changed at R/O Receiving are not kept for each N/L/A in inventory. They will carry over the N/H/A's Condition.
