Hide child E/C on Planning Control Workscope by Default

Affected window: Workscope Tab, via W/O (Planning Control)

Switch set to Yes:

When set to Yes, child E/Cs will be hidden by default in the Workscope Tab, via W/O in Planning Control. The user can show child E/Cs by clicking the Show Child E/C button.

Switch set to No:

When set to No, child E/Cs will be shown by default in the Workscope Tab, via W/O in Planning Control. The user can hide child E/Cs by clicking the Hide Child E/C button.
