Issues warning if tool expires during W/O scheduled date range

Affected Window: w_ac_planning_qry

Switch Setup:

Note the Schedule Start and Completion Date of the following Work Order:

The following Tool requirement is needed for the Task Card associated to the Work Order:

Note the Tool Life Expiration date of the tool:

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, a message will appear if the user attempts to add an E/C to a Work Order that contains a tool that will expire during the scheduled Work Order date range. This message will appear in Planning Query and the Interactive Planner.

Go to Planning/Query/A/C Planning Query.

Run the A/C Planning Query:

Double click on the result. The record becomes highlighted in blue and the following error appears.

Select 'OK.'

The following drop down menu appears. Find the Work Order with the attached Task Card and Tool requirement. Double click on this Work Order to add the E/C to this Work Order.

Go to the Control Panel.

The following message will appear in the users Message Folder:

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, the message will not appear.
