Note: This is used when setting authorization to the Task Card level.

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, TRAX will allow the user who created a Task Card to authorize part, or all, of it.

12_Engineering_Yes

The following Task Card has been created.

Notice in the Task Card’s Informational tab the user that created the Task Card.

12_TCSTRHDR(3)

Notice the User currently using TRAX.

12_TCSTRHDR(4)

With the switch set to Yes, the user that created the Task Card and still using TRAX can authorize the Task Card.

12_TCSTRHDR(6)

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, TRAX will not allow the user who created a Task Card to authorize neither part nor all of it.

12_Engineering_No

The following Task Card has been created.

Notice in the Task Card’s Informational tab the user that created the Task Card.
