Switch set to Yes:

When set to Yes, the system will validate the Due Date of all effective A/C or P/N E/Cs using the Transaction Code Config Number.

Note: The Config Number is set to 10.

The following E/C is pending a revision:

The Schedule is set for 50 days:

The E/C is effective to the below aircraft:

Authorize the E/C:

The following information box appears. If the user selects 'No', the E/C will not be authorized.

Select 'Yes.'

The E/C can now be authorized:

Note: This functions the same way for both A/C E/Cs and P/N E/Cs.

Switch set to No:

When set to No, the system will not validate the Due Date.

Authorize the E/C. No information box appears:
