Grayed Out "Insp.By" Columns for Non RII Subtasks

Note: This switch is for customer-specific print functionality. It is not intended for other operators.

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, the "Insp.By" columns will be grayed out in a Task Card Print for subtasks that do not Require Independent Inspection.

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, the "Insp.By" columns will not be grayed out in a Task Card Print for subtasks that do not Require Independent Inspection.
