Prevent User From Removing Effectivity When EC Has Compliance History

Affected Windows: w_engineering_effectivity_sel

Switch Set to Yes:

When set to Yes, the system will not allow the user to de-select an engineering effectivity record for an A/C or S/N that has a previous compliance record.

For the following example E/C will be used:

The E/C has compliance against an A/C.

In the A/C Control window, when the user attempts to select the 'Not Applicable' radio button to remove E/C effectivity to that specific A/C Type/Series, the system displays the following hard warning and will not allow the action due to compliance history.

Expand the record to view all A/Cs for the Type-Series. When the user attempts to deselect the effectivity for the A/C, the following hard warning is displayed:

Switch Set to No:

When set to No, the system will allow the user to de-select an engineering effectivity record for a A/C or S/N that has a previous compliance record.

For the following example E/C will be used:

The E/C has compliance against an A/C.

The Type-Series has effectivity:

In the A/C Control window, the user is now able to select the 'Not Applicable' radio button to remove E/C effectivity to that specific A/C Type/Series even though there is previous compliance history.

Expand the record to view all A/Cs for the Type-Series. When the user attempts to deselect the effectivity for the A/C, the following hard warning is displayed:
