Training Process

The Training module is used to record information regarding Training Courses available within an organization or externally for an organization. The Training Course syllabus is set up, and employees are scheduled to attend the classes based on pre-defined schedules. Records are maintained regarding the employees' attendance and completion rates, along with their respective results (grades).

If employees' licenses are affected by their completion of the Training Courses, the employees' license information will be automatically updated in their employee profile. Any new license expiration date and cumulative hours can be optionally updated as required.

The following process flow is a general guide for the configuration, registration, enrollment, cancellation, and completion of the Training life cycle. This life cycle may vary depending on each TRAX user and their company's customized protocols.
